Privacy
Short version: I collect very little, I don’t sell anything, and you can have it deleted by asking.
If you email or call me — whatever you choose to tell me. I keep it so I can reply and, if we work together, so I have a record of the engagement.
If you sign up to the newsletter — your email address, nothing else. It is stored by my website host and my email tool.
If you book a call — that runs through Calendly, and they handle that booking under their own privacy terms.
If you agree to analytics — anonymous, aggregated information about which pages get read and roughly where visitors come from. I use Google Analytics for this. It does not run at all unless you press Allow, and your IP address is anonymized. If you press No thanks, nothing is collected and you will not be asked again on that device.
I don’t sell your information, share it with advertisers, or send you anything you didn’t ask for. There is no advertising on this site and no third-party tracking beyond the analytics described above.
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. You can change your analytics choice by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which makes the banner appear again. And you can email me at any time to ask what I hold about you or to have it deleted — I’ll do it, and I won’t ask why.
Questions about any of this go to hello@chiefofcpg.com.
This is a plain-English summary of how a one-person consultancy handles a small amount of data. If your organisation needs something more formal, ask and I’ll provide it.
